College Incentive Program
- Part Time job with EMP SERV, LLC
- Must be full time student in High School
- Must maintain 2.8 or higher GPA (provide transcripts)
- $0.50 per hour worked until eligible for college (payable at end of 1st semester of college)
EMP SERV Employees and New Student Program
- Part Time job with EMP SERV, LLC
- Must be an approved education program*
- Must be Full Time student
- Deadline for registration is August 1st each year
- Must maintain 2.8 or higher GPA (provide transcripts)
- Must work minimum of 150 hours per semester
- $500.00 per semester (payable at end of semester)
• Commitment to continue career with EMP SERV, LLC post education
- 1 year commitment = 5% of gross salary (payable at end of full year)
Continuing Education
- Full Time job with EMP SERV, LLC
- Classes must be approved*
- Tuition reimbursement at end of course, up to $1500.00 per year
- GPA of 2.8 or higher (provide transcript)
